I graduated in June of 1995 from Diamond Oaks Vocational School. I had taken their 2 year child care course. After graduation then I babysat for a couple of years while I spent time with my son. In 1997 I had an opportunity to work for Mt. Healthy City School district. I had taken care of children from 6 weeks up to 5 years old. I worked in the Evenstart Program until June of 2000. I then babysat again for a few years. Then I met the Medina family in February of 2004. I started being their nanny in March. Jenny had been sick and went into premature labor with Reed. When I started I was taking care of Reed (newborn), Jake (3 year old), Jenny (mom). Jenny was sick for the first year. I was taking Jake to school and other places he needed to go. After the first year then Jenny started working from home. She introduced me to another family in her neighborhood, the Johnson's. I nanny shared for a year with both of the families. Then Jenny had finished up the assignments and the company she worked for no longer needed her. I still watch Jake and Reed occasionally. I am looking for a family that wants ME to be a part of their family
