At Home Child Care Services specializes in providing safe, dependable in-home child care oftentimes last-minute when a parent’s stress level is at its peak. Our staff is available 24 hours a day and guarantees a caregiver with a 24 hour notice.
We offer a number of different services including last-minute back-up and sick child care when your regular child care isn’t an option; hourly child care and professional nanny services for your full or part-time needs.
We hire only screened, qualified caregivers who go through an extensive behavioral- and situational-based interview process that aims to find only those with the highest qualifications. Each employee has extensive child care experience, has successfully passed a motor vehicle and county-by-county criminal background check and has provided no fewer than eight personal references who participate in an extensive phone interview to judge character, responsibility and child care ability. In addition, At Home Child Care Services provides a comprehensive orientation and on-going monthly training sessions. All of our caregivers are CPR and First Aid Certified, as well as SIDS and Shaken Baby certified.
All of our caregivers are employees of At Home Child Care Services and we take care of all the required federal and state paperwork, workers compensation, general and professional liability insurance and manage payroll. For their convenience, our clients are billed monthly.
