I have been working with at risk kids for the past 8 years. We are expecting our first child in October and will start my in-home daycare on November 1. I will be accepting children of all ages. We live in a quiet neighborhood on the northeast side of Ankeny. We provide a non-smoking house. I will be CPR/First Aid certified prior to opening. I have also received specialized trainings in non-violent crisis interventions, medication management, and relationship building. My rates are based on age of the child/children. Meals, snacks, and activities will all be provided. I have a handbook and detailed information of my rules and policies available upon request.
