Ive been in the Childcare Business for 6 1/2 years, i'm married to a wonderful man of almost 9 years, together we have twins girls 9 yrs. and a son 7 yrs. I choose to do Childcare when my son was 15 month old and the best thing for them was to stay home with them and find playmates. Now they are older and in school and i decided to keep going with it, and they enjoy being around them when their not in school and summer months, i also have enjoyed watching the babies grow into little adults and go off to preschool.
We do follow a schedule for breakfast time, preschool time, reading time, music time, free play time, lunch time, naptime ( they don't have to sleep but do have to stay quiet on their cots), snack time and playtime. Due to the age of each child and their attention span the schedule may change throughout the day. There is some TV in the mornings, all children shows.
I am licensed and have 3 substitutes for when i need to go to the Dr. etc.
