Mission Statement
Betty’s Family Childcare recognizes that each child is an individual; that all children are creative; that all children need to succeed. Therefore, Betty’s Family Childcare respects the individual needs of children, fosters a caring and creative environment; and emphasizes the social, emotional, physical and intellectual development of each child.
Philosophy
At Betty’s Family Childcare all children are precious and will be treated with love and respect. We shower children with love and provide a developmentally appropriate learning environment to empower each child to become the best they can be.
My goal is to provide a safe and happy place for children where they can learn and grow physically, emotionally, intellectually, and socially at their own pace. I feel that children learn threw play and benefit from a structured yet flexible schedule. I will provide your child with tender loving care, understanding, patience, and guidance, in a happy, family setting.
The development of strong self-esteem is also a major goal. Children will be taught to respect each other, adults, and property.
It is my goal to offer your family the quality childcare experience you deserve. Please feel free to openly discuss any problems or concerns you may have at anytime. An open and honest relationship is the key to a happy childcare experience for everyone involved.
