My name is Shannon I have been in the daycare buisness for 14yrs.I am a mother of four children 23,21,17 and 16 and a grandma of one she is 3.Before opening a daycare I worked for REM(8yrs) with the handicapped and was and currently a PCA for many yrs.
After my children,my daycare is the most important thing to me,I have cared for many children some now with their own children that I have also provided care for,ones that have moved away and come back to visit:)
We dont provide pre school based areas but we do alot in the same area with song, stories,learning material.I focus on sharing, playing well with others,not leaving others out,manners,things that will prepare them for school.
We welcome children with behaivor issues as 2 of my own children have suffered with behaivors,so I understand what your going through.Im very experienced with behaivors.
We also are outside as must as possible in the summer and some of winter,I have a huge yard with many outdoor toys.grilling and spending the day outside is the favorite for the kids...haha and parents,anyone welcome to come and eat with their child.
