I have been teaching kindergarten for 5 years in the La Mesa-Spring Valley School District. I have my B.A. in Elementary Education and my M.A. in Curriculum and Planning. I am recently married and hoping to have children soon. I would like to start a home-based daycare/preschool in Otay Ranch so that I can stay home with my own children and teach at the same time. I love teaching and I already have all of the supplies and a house with a big yard so I think it would be perfect! I am hoping to talk to parents who would be interested in enrolling their children in Fall 2007 so that I can make sure I would have enough business before I leave my current teaching position. I would also love to talk with you about schedules, rates, curriculum, behavior plans and other aspects of a daycare provider that are important to you so that I can build a business that meets all of your expectations.
