I believe that every child is special and my job as a childcare provider is to have a positive impact on yur child brain development and self-esteem, which are critical components to growth in young children. In order for a child todevelop the environment must be interesting to explore, safe, and caring provider who will respond to their emotional, physical and intellectual needs.
